Story: “Rastro” is part of La Pérdida del Verano, a collection born from a dream where people gather to mourn a dress—not a person. A surreal, colorful funeral where every item carries meaning.
In the dream, someone wore this cap the entire time, their face hidden beneath its extended visor. They sat still under the sun, refusing to remove it, as if the cap itself was shielding their grief. When they finally stood and left it behind, a child picked it up, wore it sideways, and ran across the garden. The cap never returned to its original owner—only to the story.
