Serena Brisa currently ships within Europe. We are working to expand our delivery regions soon — stay tuned!
Because we work with independent designers and brands, shipping times may vary depending on the item and its origin.
- In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days.
- Made-to-order pieces or bespoke garments may take longer — estimated delivery times are listed on each product page.
If you’ve ordered from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate parcels. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket.
At this stage, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer store credit for eligible returns.

Our team will respond with next steps and a return address in Spain.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- In original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Made-to-order or bespoke pieces
- Final sale items
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code for the full value of the item (excluding original shipping
fees). This credit can be used toward any future purchase on Serena Brisa.
