Because we work with independent designers and brands, shipping times may vary depending on the item and its origin.
- In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days.
- Made-to-order pieces or bespoke garments may take longer — estimated delivery times are listed on each product page.
If you’ve ordered from more than one brand, your items may arrive in separate parcels. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket.
Yes, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the order to us and we will process a refund within 14 days.
